Ralph is a native to Marietta, Georgia, and is well involved in the community and city. His credentials as an appraiser are outstanding. A reciepient of an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, Ralph also received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Georgia.

His background also includes a demanding position as Supervisor with GEM contractors from 1982 till 1987. Mr. Hudgins was responsible for all facets of infrastructure development of subdivisions.

His appraisal career began in 1998 with North Georgia Appraisals.
